Refurbishment of existing free standing property in Strandfontein, Cape Town

Watching all the pieces fall into place when taking on a project is definitely one of the most rewarding aspects of the industry. Pancare Properties recently undertook a total refurbishment/upgrade of an existing free standing property. Pancare Properties assisted this amazing client in not only getting the space in order but they were also able to command an above average rental after the project and refurbishments were complete! Details of the project:

• Painting of entire property externally, (roofs, outside walls, fascias, window frames, burglar bars, doors)
• painting of entire property internally (Ceilings, walls, skirting, window frames, burglar bars, doors)
• removed existing floor tiles, and tiled throughout with polished porcelain floor tiles (600×600)
• Installed new bath, basin & toilet and all new sanitary fittings
• removed old kitchen cupboards and installed new melamine kitchen cupboards, with marble tops including oven, hob and extractor. Also installed new Zink with new mixer
• removed the existing front garden, and re landscaped using a combination of pavers, river stones and indigenous plants from the area to give it a nice green feeling but also maintenance free.
• removed existing damaged roof structure on front porch
• Removed old garage and fitted new garage door with springs
• bricked up and plastered window size opening in garage wall
• upgrade all electrical fittings, plugs and switches to brand new
• upgrade all plumbing fittings to brand new cobra fittings
