Faure le-fleur refurbishment in Eersteriver

Pancare properties recently did this refurbishment in Cape Town at Faure le-fleur in Eersteriver. We were tasked to overhaul four houses including internal and external as well as electrical work. This was another great opportunity for Pancare to brings it’s building know how to the forefront and work with another amazing client!

Details of the project:

• painting of entire houses inside, outside, roofs and ceilings
• repairs to leaking roofs
• repairs to ceilings
• installation of new electrical points, light fittings and upgrading of Distribution board
• installation of new baths and plumbing repairs
• Re tiling of showers and bathrooms as well as floors
• floor sanding of wooden floors and sealing
• re glazing to windows, including repairs to window furniture
• manufacture and fitting of new built in kitchen cupboards
• manufacture and fitting of new solid doors
• removing of old boundary fencing and installation of new vibacrete enclosing total property
• manufacturing and fitting of Meranti wooden slatted driveway and pedestrian gates
